Waarom een relatiebemiddelingsbureau?
“Na 4 weken lockdown gebeurde er iets bijzonders. Toekomst Relatie kreeg ineens veel meer aanmeldingen. Blijkbaar hebben een hoop mensen die 4 weken gebruikt om over zichzelf na te denken. En daaruit kwam de conclusie niet langer single te willen zijn en op zoek te gaan naar een nieuwe partner .” Paula Vogelzang heeft al 10 jaar een succesvol relatiebemiddelingsbureau en zij merkte het verschil. “Meer mensen zijn op zoek naar een duurzame relatie. Hoe werken jullie?
“Wij hebben Nederland verdeeld in 4 regio’s, met elk een eigen ervaren matchmaker. Nadat je je hebt aangemeld, krijg je een persoonlijke matchmaker uit jouw regio. Zij begeleidt jou gedurende het hele traject. We doen het intakegesprek bij mensen thuis. Onze kracht is dat we écht met mensen in gesprek gaan en hen soms daarbij een spiegel voorhouden. Weten wie je zélf bent is de basis voor elke geslaagde match. Voor mensen met speciale wensen, een bijzondere achtergrond of specifiek verhaal, leveren we maatwerk en gaan we nog verder in het vinden van een partner. Het is mijn persoonlijke missie om ervoor te zorgen dat zoveel mogelijk mensen slagen”, zegt Vogelzang.
“De basis van onze bemiddeling rust op 3 pijlers:
- Voorbereiding: zelfkennis, het bepalen van jouw relatiewaardes met de matchmaker
- Matching: de juiste match op basis van de selectieprocedure en jouw relatiewaardes
- Begeleiding: intensieve persoonlijke begeleiding (wanneer gewenst) gedurende het hele traject. Van coaching tot datingtips”
Hoe komt een match tot stand
“Dat is handwerk, zegt Vogelzang, op basis van de waardes die in jouw leven en voor jouw levensvisie echt belangrijk zijn. Een relatie werkt wanneer mensen op eenzelfde manier in het leven staan. Onze matchmakers zien elkaar iedere week en we maken een nauwkeurige match op basis van onze kennis en ervaring. De match is een totaalplaatje en daarvoor zoeken we zowel binnen als buiten ons eigen ledenbestand. De date die volgt is heel belangrijk. Wij zorgen ervoor dat je optimaal voorbereid bent dankzij ons persoonlijke voor- en nazorgtraject. Dus, we bellen je van tevoren met informatie over de ander. We geven je tips over bijvoorbeeld gespreksonderwerpen, je kleding/styling en de do’s en dont’s van het daten. Na afloop bellen we weer om de date te evalueren (en reflecteren). In de communicatie tussen de leden kunnen soms misverstanden ontstaan. Mannen zijn nu eenmaal anders dan vrouwen en we spreken soms een andere taal, zegt Paula Vogelzang lachend. Maar ons slagingspercentage is meer dan 70% en daar zijn we trots op!”
